Service Description

Kid's Face Paint for Events & Parties. Consultation Forms must be signed & submitted in no later than 24 hours before appointment. (E-Doc sent in email once deposit is received). Halloween Children's Face - $50.00 - $100.00 ~ 1 hr 30 min - 3 hr Please make sure to specify: -Makeup character idea. -Prosthetics if needed. -Submit 1-3 pictures of inspiration look desired. - $25.00 Deposit Required. -Price varies based on consultation. -Book for events and parties. -Traveling can be discussed; extra fees applied at consultation. -Final price is determined by number of children being painted, details, service time, & location.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a $50.00 service deposit fee no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, and at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by email if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours or you are unable to reach us by phone or social media. ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED, OR CHANGED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF $50.00 SERVICE DEPOSIT FEE. We recognize the time of our clients and artists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed scheduled time slots, which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not a sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control such as a power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or fee will apply. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive at your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Fill out E-Doc consultation forms before service begins 24 hours prior to appointment submitted through email. An early arrival allows for a relaxed experience. If you arrive late, your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain the artists' schedule. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY All appointments begin and end on time in order to maintain the artists' schedule. If the service does not start on time due to client tardiness, the time will be reduced accordingly and you will still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 20 mins late, the appointment will be considered a cancellation. I have read or have had read to me the contents of this policy. I understand the appointment cancellation, late, rescheduling, and refund policy; I agree to abide by the above conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and all of my questions have been answered. I accept full responsibility for the decision to schedule appointments and understand that there is a NO refund policy. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and approved the material given to me.
